I am Wilsel Ventura—an entrepreneur, commercial pilot, flight instructor, and software architect.
My journey began in web design and development, evolved into managing institutional digital platforms, and today finds expression in leading a company specialized in aviation and technology.
In parallel, aviation evolved from a passion into a professional discipline. My career is not divided between cockpit and code: both demand preparation, judgment, precision, and responsibility.

Professional journey
My professional journey has been built through real-world projects, technical responsibilities, and solutions implemented for prominent organizations and institutions. More than a succession of roles, it has been a process of continuous learning: creating, managing, leading, and understanding how technology can sustain real objectives and generate long-term value.
Excellent Integrity Solutions · EIS
I began my professional career at EIS, a firm specializing in software development and digital solutions, where I established the foundations of my work in interface design, web development, and digital product creation. During this stage, I contributed to projects for leading Puerto Rican media organizations, including El Nuevo Día and Primera Hora, working on digital products designed for large audiences.
Ministry of the Presidency · Dominican Republic
For twelve years, I provided technical leadership for the development and evolution of the websites of the Ministry of the Presidency and its agencies, including the design and development of its institutional portal. I also led web projects for organizations such as the National Cybersecurity Center, the Vice Ministry of Digital Agenda, the Vice Ministry of Government Monitoring and Coordination, and the Technical Executive Unit for State Land Titling, among other agencies, as well as internal solutions such as the institutional intranet.
These projects involved platforms whose operation, stability, and continuity demanded a high level of technical responsibility. My role encompassed not only their development and evolution, but also their operational continuity, helping maintain a strong, secure, and sustainable institutional digital presence.
National and international projects
As an independent professional, I developed projects for companies across different industries and scales, both in the Dominican Republic and international markets. This journey included work for aviation organizations, including flight schools and air operators, expanding my experience in environments with specialized operational needs. The diversity of these projects strengthened my perspective on brands, audiences, e-commerce, and digital solutions.

As founder and CEO of AVIEROX, I lead an aviation consulting and technology firm that integrates operational knowledge, software engineering, and business vision. This stage represents the convergence of my experience in technology and aviation, applied to the development of products, services, and solutions designed around the industry’s real needs.
